I ordered one of these for my sisters reading room as a Christmas gift.
It arrived with a crack down the side (obviously done in transport) even though it was well packaged.
Lisa angel could not have been more helpful! She sent another one out immediately which arrived the following day.
It's beautiful and such nice quality for the price. I'll definitely be ordering again!
