Lovely website, kept well up to date with emails for delivery, delivered well within time expected,ordered two items only one turned up, phoned up and spoke to a lovely lady who couldn’t be more helpful and apologetic,sent out missing item for next day delivery, both items were lovely and well made, worth the money,much appreciated by the recipient,the only slight issue I had was one of the items was only in one layer of brown ribbed paper which was not even taped and felt it could have been in wrapped more secure or in a box.
