I explained to a person at Lisa Angel that my daughters husband to be, had unfortunately also bought a bracelet. The person said no problem return the bracelet and we will refund you. I have not received a refund
It’s so big she won’t be able to wear it and when I phoned to ask if there’s a smaller size or return it nobody called me back. Not good customer service
It’s great. Only comment is Evri received the delivery on 3/12 and it arrived on 18/12 after stated delivery of 11-13. Caused worry that might not have arrived in time for Christmas.

arrived before delivery due date and updated when posted by supplier.. very pretty bangle for my daughter to open on her birthday as going travelling so won't have much space... hope she likes it as much as I do.

It’s such a shame disappointed as it does not fit every wrist . Beautiful braclet though .Also I thought it would be presented better wrapped as a gift.
Unfortunately writing is so small not read it. Wouldn't advise buying I was going to return it but can't print label supplied
