The necklace itself is beautiful. However, I ordered three — one for myself and two for my sisters — in memory of someone we lost. I wanted something truly special, and the website gave the impression that this was a U.K. company producing handmade jewellery. It is not. The necklaces were shipped from Korea.
When I asked about this via their WhatsApp chat, I received a very rude reply stating they never claimed the items were handmade (despite the site clearly leading customers to believe otherwise) and that I could simply send them back.
I had chosen them believing I was supporting a local, handmade product. Instead, I was disappointed to receive something mass-produced, potentially under poor labour conditions, and without even a presentation box — just a piece of cardboard wrapped in cellophane.
The customer service was appalling.
